Gentrification=good, displacement = bad. That seems eminently sensible to me, though, to be fair my knowledge if urban issues doesn’t go beyond doing the assigned Jane Jacobs readings in undergrad. I do wonder how you make sure gentrification doesn’t lead to displacement. Strikes me as a difficult proposition.
